Shipping:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. During peak seasons, please allow for an additional 5 days.

• Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer USPS flat rate shipping. Estimated shipping time varies 5-7 business days and is $6.95 per order (up to 2 items) Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

• International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally. 

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. 

Returns:

• Return Window: We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of purchase.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at  True@TrueFloridian.com for instructions.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

• Exceptions: Please note that some items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee.
