Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled and any labels attached. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.

After submitting a return request by emailing hello@truefloridian.com, an email will be sent to you containing a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may then pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package and on the Return Slip located inside the original True Floridian Company package.

Please include the following in the return package:

  • Items you are returning
  • Copy of the Returns slip
  • Copy of original packing slip

To Exchange:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to truefloridian.com and place a new order.

Credits on Returns:

You will receive an email confirming your request. The 'pending' status will change once we receive your items and the refund process has been completed. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
